Many of our products are made to order, meaning production may begin after an order is placed rather than products being held as pre-produced inventory.

Many Veroxa products require production time before shipment.
Estimated total delivery time generally consists of:

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please verify your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, and country before submitting your order.
If you discover an error, contact us immediately.
We will attempt to assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production, fulfillment, or shipping has begun.
14. Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information may be provided when available.
Carrier tracking updates are controlled by the applicable shipping provider and may not always appear immediately.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.
